Petrochina's first surface photovoltaic project connected to the grid

On July 1, petrochina's first surface photovoltaic project, Daqing Oilfield Xinghua Surface photovoltaic Demonstration Project, was connected to the grid for power generation, marking the comprehensive acceleration of the development of Daqing oilfield's new energy business into the main industry.

Spark Water PV project construction land of 400,000 square meters, installed capacity of 18.73 megawatts, annual power generation of 27.5 million KWH, can reduce carbon dioxide 22,000 tons.

Daqing Oilfield Spark surface photovoltaic demonstration project is a pilot demonstration project for Daqing Oilfield to actively promote the realization of the "double carbon" goal, implement the overall three-step deployment of "clean substitution, strategic replacement and green transformation" of petrochina, and build "Daqing Oilfield green low-carbon sustainable development demonstration base". As the first surface photovoltaic project of petrochina, the project has completed the successful exploration of independent design and construction of surface photovoltaic, which provides a solid technical reserve and beneficial construction experience for the subsequent development of various new energy projects.
